Hundreds of Nova Scotians are gonna be groovin', shakin' and record-breakin' at the Halifax Metro Centre in just nine more days! And not just because we have six hours of exercise and two Guinness World Record attempts in store. On top of all that, local musician Jon Mullane will get things started with a 9 a.m. live performance! Basically, we're going to make darn sure you feel the energy our movement has created as soon as you walk in the door!
Jon recently released a new album, called Shift, and once he warms us up he'll perform his hit Make You Move. In 2008, Make you Move was used by NBC for their Summer Olympic promos. Then in 2009, it was nominated for Single of the Year at the East Coast Music Awards.
