Seeing this in person might even be reason enough to sign up as participant...never mind the prizes, excitment, groovin', shakin' and Guinness record-breakin' we already have in store.

In case you're wondering whether Richard Simmons is still as energetic, enthusiastic and just plain over the top as you remember him being in the 80s, check out this clip of him making his entrance on David Letterman!
